Head of Performance Marketing (all genders)

YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Helpling's Performance Marketing team you will be responsible for creating a long-term strategy for all relevant channels for 7 countries and implementing it together with your team. In this key role, you will have full autonomy and will be supported by a team of world-class professionals. 

In detail, your mission will be as follows:
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Performance Marketing experts with focus on SEA
  • Plan, monitor and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team
  • Identify opportunities for automation, conduct A/B tests and drive continuous improvements
  • Analyse and interpret data to develop the most effective strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices in performance marketing and make sure our strategies are innovative and competitive
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business, economics or marketing
  • In the last 5 years, you built up strong knowledge in the field of SEA; good expertise in paid social and growth marketing is required
  • You have a data first attitude, strong analytical & experimentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with programing languages such as Python is a plus 
  • You bring leadership experience and you are passionate about developing and leading your team
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills help you to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • To fulfil this role, you need a results-oriented way of working, high level of resilience, and a proactive approach to get things done
  • You are business fluent in English, German is a plus
