As the Head of Helpling's Performance Marketing team you will be responsible for creating a long-term strategy for all relevant channels for 7 countries and implementing it together with your team. - Lead, mentor and develop a team of Performance Marketing experts with focus on SEA
- Plan, monitor and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team
- Identify opportunities for automation, conduct A/B tests and drive continuous improvements
- Analyse and interpret data to develop the most effective strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices in performance marketing and make sure our strategies are innovative and competitive
