- Lead the development and execution of the country marketing strategy, taking ownership over Brand, PR and Performance Marketing KPIs
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies that maximize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and optimize marketing performance to achieve Customer Acquisition and Cross-Selling targets.
- Build, lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of excellence.
- Set ambitious goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, consistently driving them towards exceptional results.

- Manage internal and external teams to drive online marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, display advertising, and CRM.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing initiatives.
