Head of Financial Strategy (all genders)

DEIN IMPACT - DEINE ROLLE
Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter unserer Finanzstrategie. Gemeinsam mit dem Management-Team gestaltest du unsere Zukunft und stellst sicher, dass wir finanziell optimal aufgestellt sind, um unsere Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.
  • Du entwickelst unsere finanzielle Gesamtstrategie und planst Wachstum, Kapitalallokation, Fundraising, M&A und Cashflow.
  • Du definierst finanzielle KPIs auf Unternehmens- und Bereichsebene, analysierst die Performance und treibst unternehmensweite Effizienz voran.
  • Du berätst CEO, Board und Führungsteam zu Budgetplanung, Szenarien-Modellen und Exit-Readiness.
  • Du übersetzt Business-Ziele in finanzielle Kennzahlen: von Pricing über LTV, CAC Payback bis hin zur Marge und Retention.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit allen Abteilungen und dem HQ zusammen, um finanzielle Ziele mit operativen Prioritäten zu verbinden.
  • Du trittst als Stimme von Helpling auch nach außen auf – z. B. bei Investor- oder Partnergesprächen

Als Teil des Management-Teams hast du einen direkten Einfluss auf die strategische Ausrichtung und Zukunft von Helpling.
WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren strategischen Rolle mit – z. B. aus Scale-ups, Company Buildern oder Beratungen.

  • Du hast bereits größere Teams geführt und verstehst, wie man Menschen motiviert, entwickelt und zu Ergebnissen führt.

  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest analytisch und hast Freude daran, neue Wege zu gehen.

  • Du kennst relevante KPIs und kannst diese klar mit Business-Zielen verknüpfen.

  • Du arbeitest hands-on, priorisierst effizient und bringst ein starkes „Getting Things Done“-Mindset mit.

  • Du trittst souverän auf – intern wie extern – und kannst Helpling vertreten.

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

You are the driving force behind our financial strategy. Together with the management team, you shape our vision and ensure that the company is financially positioned to reach its ambitious goals.

  • You will define and lead our financial strategy – from growth planning and capital allocation to fundraising, M&A, and cash flow forecasting.

  • You will drive company-wide performance by setting and tracking financial KPIs across all business units.

  • You will advise the CEO, Board, and leadership team on budget planning and scenario modeling

  • You will translate business goals into financial impact: pricing, CAC payback, LTV, margin, retention, and more.

  • You will work closely with all departments and HQ functions to align financial decisions with operational priorities.

  • You will represent Helpling externally – in conversations with partners and investors.

As a key member of the leadership team you play a critical role in our long-term success!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Several years of experience in a similar strategic finance role – ideally in startups, scale-ups, or company builders.

  • Strong leadership background with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for building what’s next.

  • A deep understanding of business and financial KPIs – and how to link them effectively.

  • A hands-on, structured working style and a “Getting Things Done” attitude.

  • A confident communicator who can represent the company both internally and externally.

  • Fluent in German and English.
