We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to own and drive Helpling Singapore’s paid marketing performance across key digital channels.
This role will focus on execution excellence, performance optimisation, and data-driven insights to maximise customer acquisition efficiency. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Growth Marketing Manager to translate business priorities into high-performing campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Performance Marketing Execution & Optimisation
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g. Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms)
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including bidding strategies, targeting, and budget pacing
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and channel-level performance
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility on marketing effectiveness
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Budget Tracking & Efficiency Optimisation
- Work closely with the Managing Director to monitor marketing spend and ensure efficient budget utilisation
- Provide recommendations on budget allocation across channels based on performance insights
- Flag underperforming campaigns and proactively propose optimisation or reallocation strategies
- Experimentation & Growth Initiatives
- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify and test new acquisition channels, tools, and strategies to unlock incremental growth
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align performance campaigns with broader growth initiatives
- Tracking, Attribution & Funnel Optimisation
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across marketing channels (e.g. pixels, analytics tools)
- Analyse end-to-end funnel performance and identify drop-off points
- Work with internal teams to improve conversion rates across landing pages and user journeys
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager on campaign messaging and creative direction
- Work with product and operations teams to improve customer journey and conversion outcomes
- Collaborate with external partners or freelancers where required
