In detail, you will take on the following tasks:
- Operational Support: Support the ops team with day-to-day tasks across different areas of the business, coordinate workflows between teams (Data Reporting, Customer Success, Provider Support), flag bottlenecks, and execute ad-hoc projects.
- Process Documentation: Structure, write, and update internal processes and SOPs as our workflows evolve; build clear playbooks and reference materials to keep the operations function organized.
- Reporting & Tracking: Pull accurate reports, maintain operational dashboards and data logs, and ensure that key metrics are tracked, formatted, and delivered on time.
