  • Normalerweise würden wir an dieser Stelle über unseren Yoga Kurs, täglich frisches Obst, Teamevents, BBQs und Tischtennis schreiben, doch in der aktuellen Situation ist es uns wichtiger, dir das zu sagen:
    • Du hast im Moment jeden Tag die Freiheit selbst zu entscheiden, ob du von zu Hause oder aus dem Office arbeiten möchtest
    • Das Onboarding gestalten wir frei nach deinen Wünschen im Homeoffice oder vor Ort im Büro
    • Regelmäßige Mitarbeiterbefragungen zur Messung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
    • Virtuelle Teamevents, wie Artnight und Online Poker
